There shouldn't be an easy way to get to the top of the natural listings of a search engine.

You shouldn't be able to get their just because someone runs a piece of software for you. You definitely shouldn't be able to get their just because you are a big company who have decided to venture into a new field.

One of the biggest challenges for any company is getting sales and to feed your addiction to them you need to know where they're likely to come from. Whether through references or paid advertising they're not easy or cheap to get.

References will only come if you've put the effort in to being the best and encouraging your customers to promote your services. Whilst paid advertising is not cheap and if your PPC is setup incorrectly it can be an expensive business.

I've had a personal twitter account for some time but I have now taken the plunge into using the platform for business purposes. Why haven't I done it previously? I've been too busy with the work I have to give it my total focus!

The first platform that I joined was Twitter and the experience of just one week of tweeting has convinced me even more about the need to get others involved to manage your social media account. Sorry you could say I'm blowing my own company's trumpet but try it yourself - it really has opened my eyes up even more.
